Five bowls from five potters with different approaches to texture, finish, and decoration.

Iceberg. Slip-cast in porcelain slip, the surface
texture of this bowl was obtained by using
flammable materials (layers of paper and string)
inside the mould during casting. It was fired
to 1300°C in an electric kiln. H10cm
